December 19, 2017 Heat Seeking; Alberta's geothermal industry potential and barriers, is a report from the Pembina Institute with support from the Alberta Clean Technology Industry Alliance. It identifies similarities between geothermal energy and oil and gas development that position Alberta to develop a thriving geothermal industry. It also describes challenges the emerging industry faces and what we need to exploit geothermal energy’s potential.
