Canadian companies using geothermal energy in innovative ways INTERNATIONALLY!

Canadian company, MGX Minerals  take on drilling project to derieve lithium from geothermal brine in Nevada. The drill hole targets were generated based on results from CanGEA member company Quantec Geoscience's MT geophysical  surveying  tool.  It's great to see Canadian companies utilizing geothermal energy in innovative ways internationally!

Hot and enterprising: getting recreational with geothermal

New CanGEA member, the Valemount Geothermal Society has just received a temporary license of occupation from the land tenures branch with the intention of developing a commercial hot pool. The hot pool will look to utilize the heat from Borealis GeoPower's project currently being developed in Valemount.
