Did you know that Canada is currently ranked 5th in the WORLD for the use of geothermal heat pumps? We want to grow this industry and reach 3rd place by the next World Geothermal Congress in 2020. There is no better place to further this goal than in Springhill, Nova Scotia.

After 3 great tragedies struck the town of Springhill, the subsurface coal mines were shut down and subsequently filled with water - water that heated up! Since, this resource has been utilized both commercially and residentially and is the first of its kind (of less than 30) in the world!

We will be in Springhill on June 23rd to connect with community members and business owners and work with them on potential direct use of geothermal heat projects in the area.

To RVSP to this event, send us an email at info@cangea.ca.
Can't attend the event but would like to learn more about direct use of geothermal heat applications? Download a copy of our internationally acclaimed report, The Direct Utilization of Geothermal Energy: Suitable Canadian Applications and Opportunities.
Proudly supported by the Springhill Chamber of Commerce!
