Global Petroleum Show - Re-engage Series: Transitioning to Renewable Energy

Partnership of the Global Petroleum Show and Alberta Human Services brings you the Re-Engage Series from June 7-9 at Stampede Park. The event is targeted at retaining Canada’s skilled workforce of geoscience related professionals and trade workers. The event among other leading professionals includes CanGEA’s Chair and Co-Founder, Alison Thompson.

Re-Engage: Transitioning to Renewable Energy

​​This portion of the series focuses on the wide range of opportunities and training programs that are becoming available in the renewable energy sector as we transition into a more sustainable energy mindset. An industry panel including Alison Thompson will provide insight into the specific engineering and geoscience skill sets in Alberta that are transferable into a career in renewable energy.
