2020 GEOTHERMAL RESOURCES COUNCIL (GRC) ANNUAL MEETING AND EXPO  - OCTOBER 18-21, 2020 

The upcoming 2020 Geothermal Resources Council Annual Meeting will be held online between October 18 to October 21. 
​

The GRC Annual Meeting is the industry’s largest annual gathering of leading geothermal energy scientists, producers, renewable energy industry stakeholders, regulators, utilities, and key associated business leaders. The three‐day event will offer technical, policy, and market conference sessions, educational seminars, and numerous networking opportunities.

FIVE BIG IDEAS FOR ALBeRTAS ECONOMIC RECOVERY

The Energy Futures Lab has been a leader in outlining opportunities arising out of the current COVID-19 crisis. The five big ideas for economic recovery include geothermal and other renewable energies playing integral roles in creating a prosperous future. CanGEA Co-found and Chair, Alison Thompson was a speaker in this event.

Geothermal Resources Council 2019

This international conference is a great event for business to business connections, networking, and learning in the geothermal energy industry.

CanGEA offers its corporate members access to an exclusive Market Visit Subsidy (MVS) which provides a reimbursement of up to 50% of airfare, transportation costs, and event registration along with a ~$200 daily allowance. This year the MVS was applied to be used to attend the 2019 Geothermal Resource Council Annual Meeting and Expo held in Palm Springs, California from September 15-18.
