Recent elections in October have resulted in a narrow one seat-majority government for the NDP in British Columbia and a fifth consecutive Saskatchewan Party majority in Saskatchewan. 

CanGEA looks forward to ongoing dialogue with elected representatives of all stripes. We congratulate all returning MLAs on their re-election and all new MLAs on their new role. We emphasize the bi-partisan appeal of geothermal energy, and that its unique ability to support environmental stewardship, sustainable development, and energy security is of great benefit to constituents of various backgrounds and ideologies.
