CanGEA Submits Consultation to PrairiesCan

Toward the end of the month, CanGEA submitted our recommendations to PrairiesCan for their open consultations on the Building a Green Prairie Economy Act.

On behalf of the interests of the Prairies’ geothermal industry, we pointed out the immense opportunity for the government and PrairiesCan to support a geothermal fuel switch to satisfy the industrial demand for heating and cooling where geothermal resources exist across the Prairies; thus, greening existing infrastructure, generating GDP, and developing under-represented community economies.
