CanGEA Presents at BC’s Budget 2024 Consultation

On June 5, 2023, CanGEA’s Chair, Alison Thompson, had the privilege to present to the Select Standing Committee on Finance and Government Services for the Budget 2024 Consultation. In the presentation, she advocated for increased targeted support for geothermal in the Clean BC funding programs, geothermal tenure and well permitting, and fiscal and regulatory parity for geothermal.
